Her journey began within the visionary ecosystem of Ian Schrager and the Morgans Hotel Group, where hospitality was reimagined as culture, storytelling, and design. It was here that Joana developed an intuitive understanding of atmosphere—the unseen alchemy that transforms spaces into experiences that linger long after you’ve left them..
